I’m really let down by this company. I ordered something through mail order and it just didn’t work for what I needed (the item itself was fine), so I reached out to srfdry following their return guidelines to start the return process. That was more than a week ago, and I haven’t heard a peep back. I’ve called multiple times and still no luck getting through. If I do hear from srfdry, I’ll update this review, but for now, I’d suggest folks be careful when dealing with this seller.

I'm really fond of my SRFDRY items. They’re consistently high quality and well designed.

As a returning buyer, I had a hiccup with my latest order. There was a mistake, but Dave from SRFDRY jumped right in to fix it and stayed true to his promise. From what I've seen, you really get to know a company's character when issues arise, and SRFDRY sure came through.

I’m giving this a single star since they shipped the wrong size of the coat. They said they’d provide a return slip and send the correct size, but after a week of trying to call, I got no response. I also shot off two emails, and guess what? No replies. Now I’m stuck with a coat that’s too small because of their error. No refund, no return slip, and absolutely no communication from them... just really poor customer service.

Ordering was a breeze, and the website is super easy to navigate. Really happy with my buy.

We picked this up for our niece, who loves swimming in chilly sea waters over in Cornwall, and she absolutely loves it. The quality really wowed her, and now my husband is thinking about snagging one for his surfing trips!

I picked up the red robe featuring grey fleece. The fleece provides nice warmth. Sizing is spot on. It really looks fantastic!

These are incredibly cozy and do a fantastic job of keeping you warm. I'm not a huge fan of many fleeces, but these feel really soft and shield you well from the wind. We got them for after paddleboarding, and our granddaughter wore them all the time when we took her on trips. She even called it her hug!

Nice fit, maybe consider adding an XL as well. Really appreciate the side vents; they help keep things modest.

SRFDry Towel Robe

With a ton of towel robes available, picking the right one can feel like a gamble. Anyone who's been in the water with me knows I usually end up wrapping a towel around my waist, hopping on one leg, trying to get my wet trunks off, and then wrestling my boxers on without giving everyone a show. Most times, I manage to pull it off.

I’ve got a towel robe from one of the big brands, but I hardly ever use it because it’s just too bulky and heavy, even when it’s dry.

So, what sets this one apart, you might wonder? Well, it’s not a huge difference since it works much like the top brands. However, it’s got a really roomy fit that lets you change underneath without a hassle, plus a big kangaroo pocket right in front to keep your hands warm. The best part for me is the two slits at the waist level, which make getting your underwear on super easy. And there’s a nice big hood that can fit a beanie or a flat cap underneath.

It’s lightweight, compact, and slides right into your swim bag without any fuss. It also washes nicely and dries in no time.

I was so impressed with this robe that my wife now has a pink one in her swim gear.
